Ahh these two are the cutest! And their day was absolutely perfect!
I did not have the privilege of meeting Emily until her wedding day due to moving to Denver amidst wedding planning. But she was absolutely radiant and it was like seeing an old friend when I handed her her bouquet.
Emily’s color palette was perfect for her vision and her venue! She wanted light pink, purple and peach tones finished with soft, complimenting greens. I absolutely loved this since it gave us the creative license to find flowers that were almost like stepping stones from one color to the next.
We filled the bouquets with lush light pink peonies (purchased from one of our favorite local growers), soft constance and kiera garden roses which arrived earlier in the week and we kept out in the warmth to open to a lush size and then put in the cooler to hold, and feminine textures such as stock (which smells amazing!!), lisianthus, limonium, and finished the bouquets with a variety of the ever popular eucalyptus greens and soft ribbons. (Thank you May Arts ribbons!!)
I love the trending idea to have your girls wear different dresses! It adds such a nice touch of individuality, femininity and a softness to your look. And finish the look with bouquets filled with all the same florals and – voila! You have a look that looks finished and refined.
They even had a friend marry them! How cute!
Anyone who has gotten married will tell you their day flies by!! So I adore moments like this when you pause with your besties and enjoy a few moments of celebrating together.
The reception tables were adorned with lush centerpieces for the round tables, and beautiful flowing garlands for the banquet tables. Choosing a centerpiece to work with the table dimensions and style helps to make your centerpiece look complete and balanced!
