Lauren and Andrew had the perfect summer wedding! There was a special buzz in their air as family gathered around, laughing, eating and drinking, getting ready for their day. It was as if I stepped into their home when we arrived at Wyndrige Farm to set up the centerpieces in the barn. Everyone was super excited for this adorable couple!
And we were too. Lauren had the perfect vision for a rustic wedding affair which played perfectly off of Wyndridge Farm’s venue. Her colors were in blush pink, pops of mint green, and navy. Perfect for a summer wedding!
Hydrangeas were a favorite to Lauren, which we made sure to use! We also chose petite spray roses, garden roses, seasonal and locally picked peonies, pink lilies which were growing in our garden at the time, additional seasonal light pink florals and complimenting greens. Lauren’s floral vision favored a more traditional design although she did love a romantic, rustic and vintage style.
Lauren hoped to keep her florals to a minimum, so we suggested having several small bud vases running down the farm house tables. Her family provided lanterns to be featured in the middle of the table, and we finished the look with greenery around them. A beautiful lace runner finished the look.
It was a perfect and beautiful for sure! And we were honored to be part of this special day!!! We wish you all the best, Andrew and Lauren! xx
